Delivery Information


For same day delivery order has to be placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday and for Saturdays the orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. We are closed on SUNDAYS  and major holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Father's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  All orders will be delivered a day before the holidays.


To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Fathers Day.


We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. We will do our gest to accommodate your request, please provide an hour window for the order to arrive. We normally are able to deliver an order within 4  hour after the order is placed.


Normal delivery times are between 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times, call to verify.


These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the family's home. If you don't know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing or memorial service and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing date we will deliver per the funeral home instructions.


School deliveries for students and teacher's gifts should be placed early or a day before because they usually must be received by 1 p.m. and will be left at the school office. We ar not allowed to go into the classrooms to personally deliver the flowers so they will be handed to the front office and they will contact recipient.


We are unable to deliver flowers to a PO Box


Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor or the front door, We will call and leave a message for the recipient to inform that is why necessary to have a phone number with every order.


If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address provided there will be a $10.00 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the costumer. If such delivery is made, the costumer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.


Same day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change an order that has already been process, or that might be in route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST BE VERBAL.


If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.


The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift.  If you have a special request this should be written next to the card message. Specifying that you have a special request.
